  • Early registration untl August 25 - $80
  • Regular price until September 25 - $85
  • Late registration after September 26 - $95
  • Table for 8 until September 10 - $500
  • Dance and Live Auction only (arriving after 7:30) - $25

  • 5:00 pm Doors Open - No Host Bar & Silent Auction
  • 6:00 pm Race Awards
  • 6:30 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 pm Silent Auction Closes
  • 7:31 pm Dessert Auction
  • ~8:00 pm Live Auction Begins
  • ~8:30 pm Dance after the Auction– Music by Bonnie Birch
  • 10:00 pm End of Gala Event
